Me, and then some

When is that day coming?

Nope, my mum still doesn't know about us.

I can't bring myself to tell her yet.

I still break down in tears all the time.

Even when I tried numbing myself with work. (Maybe my work was not strenuous enough, my brains were not working hard enough to make me forget the pain.)

No, I'm not afraid to admit that it still fucking hurts like hell.

Neither am I too proud to admit that emo/love songs, or any songs/items/place/ANYTHING that reminds me the slightest bit of the past relationship brings me to tears.

Someone told me it's alright to just cry out loud. To just let it go. Maybe I'll feel better. And the next minute you tell me, it's just Joe. Thanks, but I'm still hurting, the pain is still there. Can't you be slightly more considerate and tell me when I'm slightly more stable?

My sistas told me: It's OK to cry, but give yourself a limit to it. You have to cry, but one day you have to stop. Hurt all you want and when the time comes..u gotta stand up and be strong.

They also told me: Gal, pain will come, it'll go. It's not today, but time will bring it away. The most important thing is, you're ready to let go when you're supposed to leave. Just wake up every morning, get yourself ready because you'll suddenly realised that there's no more feeling for the past. Remind yourself that it'll get better everyday. Love you. Take care.

That SMS came in moments ago and shoot, I just realised it's a fucking long message. From Russia. Thanks gals. I love you so much. Faster come back, I wanna see you guys.

It's true. There's nothing I can do about this relationship anymore.

Truth is, break ups hurt like hell. And you can only take one day at a time.

I really wish that day would come earlier.

Enjoy, while I'm taking some time off to heal.
